Welcome to Samuel Charles Interiors Ltd. Your use of our website indicates that you fully accept our terms and conditions which comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that our customers can shop easily with confidence with Samuel Charles Interiors Ltd.
Payment may be made by any major credit card, debit card or pay pal if ordering by our website or by phone. Samuel Charles Interiors Ltd continue to update our security technology to provide maximum security over the internet. Payment is made at point of sale and not at point of despatch.
Pricing, Descriptions & Images
All prices shown are in UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT. The prices displayed are exclusive of our shipping rates which will be indicated on the shopping basket at checkout. Prices may be subject to change without notice. We take all reasonable care to make sure we update all our products continually and that all our details and descriptions are correct. However we take no responsibility for any pricing or description errors.
Once you have placed an order with us either via our website or by phone we will confirm this as an offer to buy and will respond with a despatch confirmation by email. When you receive your confirmation by email you have the chance to check all details of your purchase and to correct any errors.
On receipt of your order we hold the right as to whether to accept your order using the information your have given us. We reserve the right to refuse your order where we cannot obtain authorization of your payment, goods are not available or there has been a pricing or description error.
Product Availability & Delivery
All items displayed on our website may not always be in stock. We will endeavour to deliver your chosen items as stated in your shopping basket at checkout. However if due to unforeseen circumstances and we are unable to deliver within the suggested time we will inform you of a new time of delivery.
Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only and may be subject to change without notice and does not constitute a contractual obligation by Samuel Charles Interiors Ltd. We deliver to all of mainland UK, however we welcome enquires from other countries. You may contact us by email or phone for shipping costs outside of mainland UK. Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or by Courier and all products must be paid for in full before delivery.
Please allow up to 10 to 15 working days on all Brian Yates and J&V wallpapers and up to 10 working days on Eijffinger and Elitis wallpapers.
Use and import of Products by You are subject to Your own policies, clearance, customs and any fees and You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of import. Samuel Charles Interiors hold not responsibiliity for any legality or warranty to the Products at the location where they are received.
Delivery for Furniture
Please ensure that you have measured correctly before ordering. Considering doorways and staircases as if you need to return an item of furniture the original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund. And all returns are made at your own cost.
All deliveries of furniture are made by a separate independent courier and are a premier 2 man delivery service which is a separate contract to that of the item purchased. All deliveries offered include the item placed in the room of choice and with a morning or afternoon
booking, where the courier will contact you by phone to orgainse the best time of delivery.
Here at Samuel Charles Interiors we try to offer the best possible service and where it is deemed safetly accessible we aim to place your purchase within the room of your choice.

We offer you the right to fully cancel your item before we have dispatched the goods to you. Up to 21 working days after purchase you may return your purchase at your own cost of shipping and insurance plus a 20% re-stocking charge. We will only accept returned goods that have been un-opened, unused and are in a fully saleable condition and with all packaging intact and undamaged. Upon return we fully recommend that you insure your items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are returned to us damaged.
With all fabric orders we can only re-stock items that have been cut to lengths greater than 8m. All fabric lengths less than 8m can unfortunately not be returned once cut. Please select our sampling service if you are unsure of colour and design.
With our home accessories and furniture items these will only be accepted if they are undamaged upon returned transit and are in a saleable condition and are returned in the packaging supplied.
All items must be checked upon deliver before signing for, any damages that have occured within transit must be reported directly to our independent couriers. Any damages or faults must be notified and reported to ourselves within 24 hours upon receipt for a full refund.
Upon receipt of the returned goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or and exchange of credit as required. However original delivery price will be deducted from this plus the 20% re-stocking charge.
All special order items however are exempt and can not be returned, these are Brian Yates wallcoverings, Eijffinger, Wall art, Kandola, J & V and Elitis products. These products are specially commissioned and are either cut to the customers specific quantity requirements on order or digitally printed to order or specially crafted with the addition of selected crystals and are considered bespoke items.
Bespoke items are designed and specially produced, printed or cut to your specific requirements. On purchase of curtains, upholstered furniture and bespoke special wallpapers please insure you have checked all your measurements and exact requirements as all bespoke items once purchased are exempt from returns. All items that have been made, cut or printed individually to your specifications are not liable for a refund.
All our cushions are made to order and are bespoke items - if you are unsure of any item please order a sample before hand as returns are not possible on all of our cushions.
Faulty, Transit Damage
Please check your item carefully upon delivery. In the unlikely event of faulty goods the product may be returned for a full refund or replacement goods.
For customers within the mainland UK the first two samples are free subject to postage and packaging. All additional samples are thereafter charged at 60p per sample plus postage and packaging. Samples can take up to 10 working days during busy times and holidays. All specially imported wallpaper samples can take 10 to 15 days.
We accept no liability of hanging of wallpaper or any decorator costs. Before any work is undertaken we suggest that you fully read the manufacturers hanging instructions and also that you use the paste recommended by the manufacturer. Failure to do so can lead to the manufacturer of the wallpaper to accept no liability to any faults then claimed by the decorator.
By making an offer to purchase a product from Samuel Charles Interiors Ltd you agree for us to transmit information to obtain information by third parties, including your debit and credit card number, credit reports, authentication on your identity, to validate your payments and to obtain authorization of your purchase details.
This data is not made available to any other company. Customers data on Samuel Charles Interiors Ltd secure server complies with statutory requirements. We endeavour to protect all information you provide and have taken various security procedures which are only accessed by authorized personnel.
From time to time we may send you information on services, promotions and new products. However if you do not wish to receive any such information please indicate this as you place your order.
